I have been cramping on and off all day and just peed. It burned like hell! I had this when I wiped. Kidney stone or what?! Do I need to go to the ER or urgent care?

having had kidney stones,  you'd have more symptoms than just cramping and burning when you pee.  the kidney stone I passed was like a large grain of sand,  but it had me incapacitated with pain.  I don't know what that is,  but you're describing is not kidney stones.

Go to the ER don’t waste time on waiting for someone to tell you if it’s kidney stones specially because you are pregnant I would of left long time ago

That doesnt look like a kidney stone, but you should go to urgent care or the ER to get checked out. I passed 11 kidney stones while pregnant with my first son and spent about a week in the hospital. They are no joke :(
