Symptoms

I had a miscarriage in January and we ended up getting pregnant before my next period. We are almost 6 weeks. We are so excited but I really don't have any symptoms. I have some mild breast pain and fatigue but nothing else. I am so worried because with my last pregnancy I had really sore nipples and very sore breast although that ended in a miscarriage. I guess I am worried this will end the same because I have no symptoms. I have my first appointment Friday but am very worried. Has anyone else experienced this?
