Help I'm in pain

Okay to start this off. Sunday of this week I went to Walmart with my family. We were walking around and then my mother was getting printer ink. I bent down a tiny bit and then I got the worst pain ever. It was a sharp stabbing pain in my cervix. And now everytime baby moves it'll either be a dull aching pain or a sharp quick one. Now I just went pee and I got the sharpest pain there again and her moving. I think around Tuesday or Wednesday I felt a pressure in my lower pelvis and it hasn't gone away. But can someone please help? I'm 35 weeks and 2 days along with a girl. Last time I went to the OB (32 weeks and 6 days) my doc said my cervix hasn't changed. But I'm worried that now it has. I've heard this pain is consistent with labour. Plus I have consistent contractions that are from 30 seconds to a minute and a half. And are about 20 minutes or 25 minutes apart. Can someone help.
