Is this normal for first month??

Question

This is our first month off of the pill so really don’t expect to be pregnant. I’m 3 days late, over the last few days I have had cramping which feels like my period is about to start but then it goes away. The last two days my nipples have been very tender (especially my left one) almost to sore to touch. 
Is this normal for first month off the pill or??? 
Ps. Took a pregnancy test last night and was negative.

It can happen! I came off BC in February(had my last active pill on Feb10th), and I’m 4 weeks pregnant.

I took my very last pill & 2weeks later found out I was pregnant so it’s possible to fall pregnant straight away

I came off BC in December and I am still not normal. My period was late in January and early in February! 😐 sorry!

I had lots of cramping my first month off the pill. I was 4 days late and had a very heavy period full of clots. just my experience

I am in the same exact boat as you. I got off my bc in October and my periods still aren’t regulated. I’ve only had two cycles one 46 days one 43 days. This one is 48 days and counting. Every month I’ve gotten pregnancy symptoms and it’s been a BFN. Nausea, sore breasts, and always tired. Currently in bed with my heated rice bag because I’ve had horrible cramps and sore breasts for the past week and still no period. I have an appointment in a month with my gyno. I’ve been using opks and haven’t ovulated either. I hate this! I didn’t think it would take me this long to get pregnant! 😥
