sharp period pains l&d or no?

I am 41 weeks tomorrow. today I went for a mile walk and pulled some weeds. starting having super sharp pains to the point i can't walk. it almost feels like i pulled a muscle but worse. they are now at the point that it feels like intense period cramps. doesn't seem to have any patterns and mainly comes from walking, peeing, or laying certain positions. when i sit on the toliet it feels like i need to go 2 but nothing comes out. i am getting BH and just tryinf to lay down through the sharp pains.should I go in since I am so far along already or just wait it out to see if it gets worse? ftm
