You're not even showing!

My friends and family and even the hubby all keep saying I'm not even showing yet and it's pissing me off!! I'm 18 weeks and definitely showing. If they don't think I'm showing I feel like everyone just thinks I look fat. I normally have a completely flat tummy. I've never had a pooch at all. I think they are just trying to be nice like maybe that's what I want to hear but no it's not!!
