Stressing here 😒

Soooooooooo I have been stressing over the fact that I have been TTC for about 7 months now. But this month has been an awful month along with May. Okaaaay lets see if you can keep up. AF visited May 6 - May 10 regular, last couple months my cycle was 30 - 35 day ( am irregular) , on May 23 - May 27 I started spotting; I could've sworn it was implantation bleeding; until I took a pregnancy test it was BFN. I waited for my scheduled visit from AF who was scheduled to arrive on June 6 and nothing has showed up at all! Now I've been eating like crazy...am tired.... Constipated, this is not my first pregnancy. But this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I took a pregnancy test again and it was BFN!! 😓😓😓😓😓 I have an appointment scheduled for Monday. Has anyone else experienced any of this? Or has had a negative pregnancy test and took a blood test and it turned out they were pregnant??
