HSG test

I had my HSG procedure done today. I took an ibuprofen before going so I didn’t have too much pain. I didn’t have any cramps after either. My tubs look good so hopefully I will be getting a BFP soon!!! Has anyone gotten pregnant right after or heard of someone else getting pregnant??
