What are you feeding your LO?

What are you feeding your little ones? My daughter is 14 months now and is getting picky on things and I feel like I'm running out of ideas?! I usually give her whatever me and my husband are eating but modified if it's too spicy etc

Any and everything lol. We are blessed woth a very non picky eater. Some of her favorites though are spaghetti, meatloaf, beef stroganoff and cheesy broccoli rice.

Ugh my son is starting to get picky and he was eating EVERYTHING I’m so disappointed because my 5 yr old is the pickiest eater and I was hoping he would keep eating it all lol but I definitely won’t give up hopefully it’s a phase! 
..he likes cheese so I mix that in with veggies. 
I made mashed potatoes with cauliflower and broccoli and cheese (a little salt pepper and garlic powder) and froze that in cubes and he loves those..
Also did that with chicken and carrots and quinoa in my mini crockpot basically like making baby food but I don’t purée it much and leave it chunky to make little frozen toddler meals!
I’ve also been meaning to make fritters with grated zucchini or sweet potatoes, cheese, an egg and whatever else (look up babyfood fritters of pinterest) also look up babyfood muffins! I like to make those sneak in veggies and freeze them! 😁
