too soon for symptoms?

I am not actively TTC but when I was with my son, I had heart burn day for after ovulation and a positive 8dpo which was super shocking for me to get one so early. this was almost 3 years ago. I had unprotected sex on the 2nd and he did not pull out. Glow showed my risk of pregnancy at 32 percent that day. now it's th 5th and my boobs are killing me. what do y'all think, did yiuj have symptoms so early or am I crazy?
