Nervous about my symptoms

This is baby #1 for us and last year we dealt with 2 early mc... I'm currently 6weeks (+/-5 days) and I'm taking progesterone suppositories with very few symptoms. So far I've experienced dizziness, tender nipples, fatigue, gas, and at times frequent urination. A lot of these symptoms could be from the progesterone... I'm just worried that something maybe wrong because I seriously have not felt pregnant yet. Anyone experience the same or have any advice if you've also had to do the progesterone suppositories? I have my dr. Apt tomorrow and I'm trying to think positive thoughts, but I'm honestly scared and don't want to hear any negative news again.
