Work advice please

Hi ladies,

Looking for some advice please. I am currently on maternity leave and due to return to work next month, however I've just found out that I am 9 weeks pregnant. After a lot of discussion with my husband I've decided not to return to work after maternity leave. Has anyone done this? I've been told by a couple of friends that I would need to go back for 3 months or pay back a certain amount of my maternity pay?

I know I should call my boss and ask him but we still haven't told family and my boss has a big mouth, so if I tell him to soon then I know he will blab to anyone who will listen.

Just looking for advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
