How Often should You feel Baby Kick?

I'm 26 weeks and For about 2 weeks now I haven't been feeling baby kick very often. He still kicks some at night when I lay down but hardly any throughout the day. I've also been feeling fatigue with low blood pressure. Should I be worried or is this common?

My specialist told me at my 26 week check up to start counting kicks. And that I should count 4 every hour. My baby doesn't kick too much, I just more so feel her moving. I have a hard time keeping up with kick counts. I think as long as you're feeling movement as you usually do it's ok.

Try walking around or drinking cold water. Whenever I drink cold water I feel my baby kick and move A lot and if that doesn't work I would notify my doctor.
