I told my bf when i get pregnant I'll probably be fat and he responded i hope you dont get fat after you have the baby I expect you to work out and lose that weight again i dont want yu fat... Am I wrong or was this rude

Probably going to cop some shit for this but I'm feeling the opposite of what most people say. I don't agree with maybe how he said it, but I think it's fair that he wants you to try to lose the weight and go back to the person he's attracted to. 
I would hate it if something my caused my husband to get fat and he didn't care enough to try to lose the weight knowing I would be less physically attracted to him. 
I know it can take time and your body changes completely and some people do have troubles that result in the inability to 'get skinny again,' but I honestly think it's a fair statement. 
No matter what, if he's a decent man, he'll love you at any size, but I believe people let having kids be an excuse to stop trying to be appealing to their partners. I want to look good so I feel good. It makes me feel good knowing my husband is turned on by the way I look too. That's just me though.
