Spotting help!?

Me and my boyfriend had sex last Monday(26/02) I came on my period the following day which was a lot more painful than usual... it only lasted 4 days ... we had sex again on Sunday(04/03) then ive noticed the last 2 days when I wipe this I what is happening?

Possibly an early miscarriage?

I have no pains now just this spotting!

I do have a yeast infection but these never normally cause me to spot like this?

Help a girl out I’m so confused!!
