Help please

I been seeing that everyone is talking about clomid, TTC, and preseed...I would like to know what is it and how can it help me. I have PCOS and low thyroid.. been trying for 1yr and a half... one month with treatment that help me produce 3 eggs but no luck and treatments are expensive....what else can I do that can help me...my family (parents, siblings and bf) and I are soo wanting a baby already
