Am I miscarrying? I pray I'm not 😓

Ladies!!! 
I've been cramping quite badly this evening especially on my right side and I inserted a finger to see if there is any blood and this is what's on it's way down. I'm petrified I'm only 5w1d is this a miscarriage and should I demand a scan tomorrow? I'm so sad already 😞 I went for a wee and wiped and was a light pink on the tissue.
I googled the pains I was having and it seemed like round ligament pains. But now there's blood involved I'm devastated as it points to miscarriage. Any advice please ♥️

Waiting for my scan to see if I am having a miscarriage or ectopic.. the rainbow is hitting the women and children's centre which is where I am anxiously waiting. If this is a sign of hope (as this would be my rainbow baby) how amazing! ♥️

I had pink spotting with my current pregnancy, but never red. I would suggest seeing your OB asap to determine what is happening. Prayers are with you!

I’d call your dr. 
See if it gets heavier. But my dr always told me any red blood is cause for concern in pregnancy.

When I first found out I was pregnant I had cramps and bleeding. I thought I was having a miscarriage. I went to my OB doctor a week later and everything looked fine, currently 35 weeks with a baby boy. Prayers❤️

if pain gets any worse i would go to er being that early it could also be an eptotic. but it is normal to spot around that time due to implantation bleeding. hope all goes well for you mama good luck!

Always call your doctor BUT I bled red blood a lot in my first trimester with my now 4 year old so yes be cautious but don’t worry yourself to death. Good luck xoxo

Having an ectopic 😓 it's beyond physically painful. Having bloods done every 48hours and they are hoping I can pass naturally. If not I will need the shot or any sign of rupture I will have the op and tube taken away. I just want this to be over with! 
The worst pain I'm experiencing is leg pain! Baby is in my right tube, and my right leg from the hip to my knee is throbbing, like a heavy achy feeling. Can't sit still or even walk properly. Come on baby I need you out my love 😭♥️
