um so i think im having a 3hr glucose test straight away?

I keep seeing posts about the 1hr glucose test, but the pathologist said to me that mine will be a blood test, then drink the glucose drink in 5 minutes and wait an hour, then get a second blood test then wait another hour and get one more blood test. so it'll be like 2.5 almost 3 hours? is that what the '1hr blood test' is meant to be?

I just had my one hour test today. I drank the glucocrush then had my blood drawn an hour later.

I went straight to the 3 hour test with no 1 hour test, possibly because I'm a high risk pregnancy though.

The 1 hour test they take your blood (fasting) then you drink the 50g drink , then an hour later they take it again. 
The 3 hour they take your blood (fasting) and u drink the 100g drink, then an hour later they take it again, an hour after that they take it again , and an hour again they take it again. 
You don't have to take your 3 hour unless you fail the 1 hour .

I did a two hour test. So I got there, had my blood drawn, drank the drink, had it drawn an hour later, and then one more hour after that.
