Help please!!!!
I had a medium cooked steak tonight and now I'm having terrible pains in my stomach with terrible diarrhea and nausea! I read mixed reviews on eat medium steak and don't know if I should be worried. It's late where I am and wanted to see if this happened to anyone else before I called L&D.
