twisted tubes and ovaries

hi im not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes, so.last year i was in alot of pain in my pelvic area so much that it make me double over in pain (i had my son in may 16th) my gp sent to get an ultrasound and my gp saw that both my tubes are twisted my left ovarie bent is behind my uterus and i have 8 lesions on my right ovaries and from what the scan shows 4 on my left. im meant to be going in to see a gyni but they keep postponing it. has anyone had this before? how did you manage with the pain? the pain takes its toll on me and i have 4 kids so im trying my hardest to push through the pain. im on strong pain meds but i dont want to keep taking them all the time as im still breastfeeding my son.
