Baby facedown during 12 week ultrasound

Hi I had my ultrasound this past friday, nt scan, which dr told me everything looked "perfect" when she reviewed them right after the tech sent them to her. but during ultrasound when the screen first turned on the baby was laying normally on back moving, then immediately turned on side facing us, then on his or her belly? and after that she or he didnt move much and stayed in that position. .the tech said its normal but after 2 losses and no living children I feel anxious anyone experience this ?
