My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for two years now and nothing has happened

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for two years now and nothing has happened. But then yesterday I took a pregnancy and it was POSITIVE!!!! So I've taken two more tests all say positive. I was told I would probably never get pregnant on my own . So this news was unbelievable I literally could not believe that the little positive sign was real!!! We are so beyond thrilled and so excited!! All I have to say is never give up hope and never quit trying;)!!!
