Looks like eczema my son had it tell her pediatrician to give u Aquaphor or hydrocortisone Cream it would help that’s what they gave me..Don’t use any scented cream or soap or powder on her cause she was jus break out more ...It goes away jus keep her body moisturize U can get it at target ,Walgreens,Rite Aid,Walmart
