HELP vbac after csection and previous 3rd degree tear

I had 3rd degree assisted labor ( forceps ) with my first child

With my second i had normal pregnancy but i was scared same tear could happen to me again so decided to have a CSection

Now this is my 3rd pregnancy and am planing for VBAC

Any similar experience ??? Please help
