Read description which has question in it

Nov 2016=stillborn 20 weeks pregnant due to incompetent cervix. Miscarriage July 2017 9weeks pregnant chromosomal abnormalities. Had a blood panel done, ultrasound, and was checked for pcos an other blood issues etc. everything on bloodTest looked good and inside the ultrasound. I am overweight but have never had a problem getting pregnant up until last mc. I’m currently losing weight past month have lost 17pounds. Since last mc in July cycle is anywhere from 50-58 days an no positive opks since October so I don’t think I’m ovulating. My hospital is catholic as so am I but idk if doctor will give me anything to help until July? My question is should I call an make an appointment now or should I give it one more cycle? Which will be April through May since cycle is Approx 58days long. An won’t go to doctor until June.
