Okay so I ordered a package from Zales and it took forever took to come then when I checked it said it delivered but it never came . Yesterday was snowstorm and it could be possible the package flew away or they delivered it to wrong house.. I looked everywhere and it was not there can it say delivered and not actual be delivered yet? From USPS ..
