14-15 week pains

hi guys i'm almost 15 weeks and a ftm. i've been having the worst pressure-type pain in my lower abdomen close to my uterus and maybe my bladder? it's not a uti and i've contacted my midwife about it. she believes it's normal and that i'm growing etc but it's slowly getting more and more uncomfortable. has anyone else experienced this and what have you done to ease the pain??
