8 weeks 6 days with rainbow ... no symptoms?!

Driving myself crazy!!! I am 8 weeks and 6 days with my rainbow baby, I have had two prior miscarriages last year and no living children. I am freaking out because I do t go in for my 11-12 week appointment until March 30th and right now I have no pregnancy symptoms!!! The ones I did have I feel have completely ... I’m fearing the worse that the baby maybe have stopped growing and the heart may have stopped 😢😩 at my 7 week appointment with vaginal ultrasound a heat beat was detected with a rate of 129bpm. I’m terrified I don’t want to go through another loss! Has anyone here had symptoms vanish and there baby been completely ok?!
