It's probably the yolk sac. I had one is my 7 week ultrasound.

My daughter had the same thing on her u/s and I thought maybe it was another gestional sac because her hcg went down and back up. So I thought maybe it was a disappearing twin. She started bleeding so we went to ER thinking she was miscarrying. They told us she had a subcoronic hemorrhage.  That is what the 2nd appearing gestational sac was. It is extremely common and it is just bleeding from implementation.

Yolk sac. I was told it would eventually move and be absorbed. Right now, it's feeding the baby. You can see mine VERY clearly. Mine was taken at 7 wks 3 days.
