Help please... not sure what to do...

So I wrote recently about my negative tests and being 3-5 days late. I’m now 10 days late and a couple days ago I took another test that said negative. (So around 7-8days late) I took hpt pink dye first response for all tests. I have never been this late. I have always been regular for my Period. Do I just stick it out? Retest? Ask doctors to do a test?

I’ve had some cramps since I’ve been late but nothing to show. Headaches. Tired all the time.

Both clearly negative. We had been trying for 6 months and then quit February because we are done for a while. 😔😔
