First Response Company Reply

So I sent First Response a nasty email about their new flat test giving terrible indents/faint lines when not pregnant. This is the response I got. While I recognize they did something, this is almost an insult.

I’m sure they will send me a coupon for a free box of two test. When I actually spent HUNDREDS of dollars on test and copays for my doctor for blood work. And they think sending me a coupon for a product that I don’t ever want to use again is a good idea!?

I’m sorry ladies. I’m just so mad. I was burned before badly by the curved tests and was beyond thrilled they stopped those. I didn’t think the new flats would hurt me even more!
