Helppppp

So I’m kind of worried, I had a baby late December (I was due April so my little guy is still in the NICU). My boyfriend and I had a slip up the other night while having sex, I took a Plan B because we really can’t have another baby right now. Well I’ve been really crappy today and I was looking up if that’s a side effect of taking the pill and I found out that Plan B is less effective for plus size women (I’m about 200 lb). I guess what my question is, have any of y’all had the same experience? I’m probably just overthinking it tbh.
