TMI BOOB PICTURE!! What could this be?

So this morning I woke up with my right nipple hurting/slightly burning so badly. I used to feel similar pain when I was breastfeeding, but I haven’t breastfed since October and my boobs haven’t bothered me since then. Its now over 12 hours later and it still hurts and now theres a small black (I think) dot on my nipple. I’ve never seen this before and I just am worried of what it could be. Help!!!
