Same time EVERY night?

My LO is almost 8 months old. Since about 1 month old she’s had an issue with projectile vomiting- her pediatrician wasn’t worried/hasn’t been worried because my babe has been gaining weight. The vomiting has decreased a ton, but now it seems she vomits EVERY single night right at bed time. It usually happens if I try to lie her down and she wakes up, and I have to pick her up again. Or it’s literally as she is nursing before bed. Could it be reflux? Over eating? Should I be concerned? She’s definitely gaining weight still, I just feel so bad for her because it’s so forceful and seems so uncomfortable 😩
