Pregnant with pcos

Me

I had pcos for at least 2 years while ttc. We finally started clomid and conceived in 3 months.

Why is everyone so hesitant to reach out to your doctor to help with pregnancy?

Pcos is a hormonal imbalance and no amount of tea or supplements is going to help. I was not overweight with pcos and I ate right and exercised at least 3 days a week.

“Natural” supplements lead to long term health problems. Please do your research and talk to your doctor. Supplements, especially “natural” aren’t regulated and their labels can lie to you. Don’t believe the hype of advertising companies. I’d rather eat plants from the ground than take a supplement. I’d also rather ask my doctor for help instead of waiting for 2+ years for “natural” ovulation that never came on time.

Good luck.
