AF....
I really wish I understood it. One month it can be a normal AF or normal heavy flow and one month I barely have anything. And what i mean by that, if i could wear one tampon a day, that would be all I need for 4 days. My AF usually last a good 5 to 7 days.
Idk why it's like this or if this is normal or is this should be something I'm concerned with.
