Chiari malformation and labor

I was diagnosed with Chiari in 2013 and had surgery the following year, some of my symptoms have come back and I know surgery isn’t a cure, it’s mostly just to help with symptoms, I ’m just wondering what to look forward to with labor and delivery, any tips for keeping the pressure and headaches to a minimum, or just any tips in general about dealing with pregnancy and Chiari. Also wondering if anyone had to get a second surgery after pregnancy because symptoms worsened.
