Have you tried evening primrose oil?

I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant and I'm really curious about trying it and wasn't sure about how effective it's actually been for others for getting the cervix dilated and labor started... If you have tried it, leave a comment on how it worked for you😊

I started it also at 36 weeks. Two capsules every night like clockwork. I walked 2 miles every day, and did squats starting at 38 weeks. By 40 weeks I was only 1 cm dilated, after 36 hours in labor I have to have an Emergency C-Section because I couldn't even dilate enough for them to break my water. And it's a good think they did a section, if I would've tried to deliver our daughter naturally she would've died.

I started mine around 36 weeks and it helped dilate me to 3 and then I went to the mall and brought on labor by walking like crazy

Update: DEFINITELY working!!! I started inserting the gel caps vaginally and after 5 days it's helped me dilate 2 more cm! 😊

Just for anyone who is curious about using evening primrose oil... My water broke after a week of using it! The last night I inserted 2 pills vaginally and an hour later my water broke! I was also bouncing on an exercise ball during the day but I think that the epo made the huge difference. 😊
