Femara AMH Level Questions

Hey ladies!

So I am on my 2nd round of provera/progesterone to induce a period. Last round was a test to see if I ovulate on my own, which I don’t. I start femara on cycle day 3 and continue until cd 7. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. My AMH Level was 4.38 but my transvaginal ultrasound showed no blockage or cyst and I have follicles developing.

Did any of you ovulate with a higher AMH on your first round of femara? Thanks in advance for your responses! I just don’t want to get my hopes up.
