when to make a registry??

when is the best time to make a registry for the baby? whenever I feel like it? when I find out the gender? what did you ladies do?

I don’t see anything wrong with making a registry early . I made my registry at 12w before I even knew the gender . I kept my registry private until close to my baby shower. For large purchase I tried to stick with gender neutral colors- because this time were are having a girl but next time we could have a boy .

My shower is June 23rd so my mom is sending out the invites beginning of May. So going to go register next month. I'll be about 23-25 weeks.

I think I started my Amazon registry some time in the first trimester. I kept it on private and slowly would add stuff over time until I was ready to make it public in the second trimester. Whenever you feel like, girl, do it! Even if you think it's too soon. It's an exciting time!

I started mine at 15 weeks, that way I could add things at my leisure, and think about what I wanted. :)

We were around 18-20 weeks, I felt a little out of place because I wasn’t showing yet - we aren’t finding out the sex so it didn’t matter waiting for us. I’m glad we started early because I can add and subtract things from our registry.

I started making mine at 10 weeks. But I am picking out mostly gender neutral stuff because we may have another child in the future. My family is very excited and has already got us the crib mattress and glider and I have gotten the bassinet.
