My son is 13 month old and has a huge nighttime sippy cup addiction. I mean waking up sometimes at 6 times a night for a bottle and I DO NOT USE THE CRY IY OUT METHOD. Me and his father barley get any sleep at night and I'm almost 2 months pregnant so I'm beyond exhausted.... I can't handle the stress of cry it out. He goes to bed at like 11 and I heard that staying up that late can cause over tiredness so I'm gonna try and lay him down at 8-9 tonight. We are so so tired.... Every single night
