How to Lose Baby Weight?

Question

What will you ladies be doing to lose the baby weight once you're cleared to do so? I'll be doing Shaun T's T25! He is so motivating. Honestly my goal is to lose more though. Before getting pregnant I gained 40lbs from a birth control shot I took to treat my endometriosis 😐 Would love to get back to 150-160!

I gained about 40 pounds with the birth control I was on, and I've gained 40 pounds being pregnant. I weigh 225, and I want to get back down to the 135 I was when I met my husband. I don't lose weight on diets, mostly just portion control, and being active. I get depressed when I think of how much weight I want to lose. But, I've never been one to look at numbers on a scale, I hate that they weigh me at every appointment. I go by how I feel about myself. And that helps a lot.

Prior to getting pregnant, my husband and I started kickboxing and I was really loving it! So after baby gets here and I get the all clear from the doctors I'll be going back to kickboxing and possibly a personal trainer (as I am in a wedding 2 months after baby is due and need to fit in the dress I order 8months ago). But other than that I might try weight watchers as well.

My ambitious plan is to follow a friend's protocol in her book "Lift to get Lean." My less ambitious plan is to keep going to the pool, walk daily, and get back to running with a couch to 5k program that I've done before & which is really easy to follow.

I did T25 after my first pregnancy which really helped me lose inches, but not too many pounds. However, I did not follow the diet strictly, because it can diminish breast milk production.

I'll be dieting again, and walking everyday after a week, if there are no complications. Made sure I got a walking stroller. And when it gets cold the gym.

I'm gonna get a waist trainer and start myself on a diet with changes on eating. My question is are we allowed to take baby outside everyday in stroller ? Might sound crazy I'm sorry but this is my first baby and I always thought you couldn't take newborns out so much cause their immune system

I'll be breastfeeding and getting back into dance 😊 Im a lifelong dancer and miss my classes so much now! I was still teaching and taking classes until about 20 weeks but had to stop after I was in a car accident on 4/10. Pre-pregnancy I was down to my lowest weight since high school and so happy, always struggled with my weight but I felt great! I want this body back! 👇

I'm training for a triathlon, running, insanity/p90x hybrid, MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program), and strength training!
I'm going all out. I have to get back to standards in 6 months after I'm cleared! 
Good thing I'm around my brothers and sisters a lot, they keep me accountable!
