So I just took this yesterday but I had a little bit of cramping and this morning I had brown discharge when I wiped after I peed. Is this normal or should I be worried I might be miscarrying? Help!

I had this happen I got my positive then 4hrs later I had light brown spotting and 12hrs later again.. I had relatively strong cramping until the day I was supposed to start my period... now the normal light cramping intermittent, nausea, sore breasts, and aversion to certain smells.. so it seems to have been fine... I did read that may be a sign of twins.. im hoping :)
