Blood from the wrong hole??

My period ended days ago. However, all day yesterday I was having cramping and pain, but not the cramping tummy period pain, more like the cramping I-held-my-pee-too-long kidney pain. Just an hour ago I was sitting on the couch in my spanx I went to get up and my foot, leg, and couch was covered in blood, fresh blood. I go to the bathroom to put on clean underwear and insert my cup and wipe up, I do all that. I have my cup inserted but there’s still blood as my wiping, never ending blood. I put a pad in my underwear. Still blood flowing. I wait, take out my cup and there’s no blood in the cup. I’m pretty sure I am bleeding from my urethra which is really scary. Also, I have passed multiple blood clots in this terrifying hour. What’s happening? What do I do?

Update: sorry I put this in the wrong category, this probably doesn’t belong in “love, sex, and relationships” or wherever I posted it haha I was in a rush because I was alone that night and couldn’t contact my mom or bff. I still haven’t gone to the doctor, but I also haven’t had any more bleeding. I had reddish orange pee the next day and then the day after that I had regular colored pee except the pee was pulpy (like juice?) I tried to google that and that didn’t come up with any results. Anyways, if it happens again, I will for sure go to a doctor, but this cleared itself up.
