Red splotches on breasts

I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and have developed 2 large red splotches (one on each breast) on the underside and towards the middle, like where the breasts would touch in a bra. The spots are warm to touch but not itchy or painful. I see my ob on Tuesday but am wondering has anyone had this before?
