Small penis, low sex drive

I have met the nicest, most caring man. We make eachother laugh and he is "husband material." We have fun together. We are engaged and there is one problem, he has a very low sex drive. Also he has a smaller than average penis. It's hard because my sex life is very unsatisfying. Not only is he hardly in the mood, but when he is, it's just "okay" sex. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?
