126/85 blood pressure, hands swelling..

So this is my 4th pregnancy. Never had preeclampsia in any pregnancy. Although my last pregnancy my readings were a little off but just watched me for an hour until it looked normal and sent me home..

anyways I’ve been having some normal swelling in and off more worst when I first wake up in the morning. (I wake up to drink water throughout the night)

This morning I went to eat breakfast and my fingertips felt like they were going numb, it felt weird later in the day imcooking muffins and I start to feel off.. like almost like weak but my heart going fast. Took my blood pressure and it’s 126/85 and my hands are swelling to wear I could see my veins pop out of them. Is this a normal blood pressure? Im 37 weeks Tuesday by the way. Thanks for your input. I’ve been drinking a lot of water.
