Nexplanon removed

So I got the nexplanon implant on July 2017. It was a real pain. I hated the spotting everyday and it made my emotions become so whack. I also lost a bit of weight on it (115 to 95 lbs). I got it removed February 22 2018. I just want to know how long it will take my body to become normal again. Or is it back to normal already?

I did get what I thought to be a really heavy period three days after removal, but I’m not sure how everything works.
