HELPPPPP !!!

Basically I have an ex where I was with him for almost a year and we broke up because he was cheating . Around last year November/December , I found out that he's having a baby by his best friend ... I still was having sex with him . So around Memorial Day , he snuck me in his house and we was having sex, when we were done , I ended up having to hide in an abandoned room that looked like a basement because of the fact that his mom didn't want him to have any girls over .. So today,  I thought it was different , same situation happen but while we were having sex , there was a knock on the door and I had to go into the abandoned room and go through the tiny window . I'm 5'1 and weigh about 101 so it was easy for me to slide through . Long story short , I feel like I disrespected myself in some way because even though I still have love for him , he's having a child and its wrong for me . But I just need advice from somebody .. Tell me what I need to do 😔
