Varicose? DVT? Something else?

Do varicose veins hurt? Im having this pinching sensation just underneath the skin on my calf.  It hurts to apply pressure across several inches.  I just noticed when I shaved my legs.  I'm fine just a little uncomfortable/concerning.  The surface looks normal, I can see blue veins underneath my skin but they look fine (I am noticing veins all over lately, and my pale skin doesn't help!).  I am pretty active/healthy but haven't done much of anything today.  Should I go to the er?  Seems silly especially because my pain isn't unbearable, but I'm freaking out a little.  I'm 14 weeks.
